Welcome to Kin Aesthetics. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

Eligibility and Professional Verification

By purchasing from Kin Aesthetics, you confirm that you are a licensed skincare professional and actively working in a treatment room or an authorized representative of a professional skincare business with esthetician employees. Our professional and backbar products are intended strictly for professional use and may not be resold or distributed to consumers.  You may view the backbar list here. 

Resale and Distribution Policy

You may not resell or distribute backbar, professional-use, or wholesale-only products to consumers under any circumstance.

Resale of any Kin Aesthetics products on third-party websites or marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or social resale platforms, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

Customers may not ship any products internationally. 

Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If you believe a product is defective, damaged, or was shipped in error, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt for resolution.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed outside of these time frames and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or claim, please contact us at support@bykinaesthetics.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

We offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss or damage during transit. If your order is protected with Navidium, any claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted directly through the Navidium claims portal.

Please note that Kin Aesthetics is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but subsequently stolen or missing. Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the postal carrier, ownership transfers to the customer. In such cases, customers agree to contact their postal carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.

For the best coverage, we recommend selecting Navidium Shipping Protection during checkout.

If a chargeback is filed with your payment provider without prior contact or resolution attempt, your Kin Aesthetics account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy

To protect the integrity of our professional brands, licensed partners may not advertise, publicly communicate, or sell products for a retail price lower than the MSRP currently listed on the Kin Aesthetics website. This applies to all public e-commerce sites, social media, third-party marketplaces, and other forms of communication. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate account termination.

Account Termination

Kin Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate any customer account or refuse service at any time, for reasons including but not limited to policy violations, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or misuse of professional products.

Product Information and Ingredient Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure that ingredient listings and product information on our website are accurate, formulations may occasionally change.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product packaging prior to use and to verify ingredients for potential allergies or sensitivities.
Kin Aesthetics is not liable for allergic reactions, adverse outcomes, or inaccuracies in online ingredient information.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kin Aesthetics, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
