This Participation Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and expectations for attendees of the Kin Aesthetics Two-Day Training ("Training"). By registering for and attending the Training, you agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Registration
All registration fees for the Training are non-refundable.
Due to the limited number of seats and the nature of event planning, Kin Aesthetics cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
2. Travel Insurance Requirement
Attendees are required to purchase their own travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from attending the Training.
Your insurance policy should cover, at minimum:

Event cancellation on your part

Travel interruptions or delays

Illness or medical emergencies
Kin Aesthetics is not responsible for any travel-related expenses or losses.
3. Attendance Commitment
By registering, you acknowledge that this Training is designed as an immersive, educational experience requiring active participation.
Attendees are expected to:

Arrive on time each day

Participate fully in all educational sessions, discussions, and demonstrations

Respect the learning environment and fellow attendees
Failure to attend, participate, or complete the Training does not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
4. Event Changes
Kin Aesthetics reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the Training schedule, instructors, or content as needed. In the unlikely event that Kin Aesthetics must cancel the Training, attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees. Kin Aesthetics is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or lodging.
5. Liability Release
By attending the Training, you voluntarily assume all risks related to travel, participation, and hands-on demonstrations. You release Kin Aesthetics, its team, and partners from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel or attendance.
6. Photo & Video Release
By attending the Training, you acknowledge and agree that Kin Aesthetics may capture photos, videos, and audio recordings throughout the duration of the event. These may include, but are not limited to, classroom sessions, demonstrations, group interactions, behind-the-scenes content, and general event footage.
You grant Kin Aesthetics the irrevocable right to use, publish, and distribute these images and recordings for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media
-
Website content
-
Educational materials
-
Advertising and promotional campaigns

Internal training resources
No compensation will be provided for the use of such media.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the Kin Aesthetics team before the Training begins. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, complete exclusion from all media cannot be guaranteed.
7. Tickets are non-transferable
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Resale or transfer of any kind will result in cancellation without refund.
8. Acknowledgment
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
